Deep Dish are Iranian-born duo Dubfire and Sharam, based in Washington DC. They run Yoshitoshi Recordings and sister labels. Their groundbreaking 1998 album "Junk Science" featuring "The Future Of The Future (Stay Gold)" with Tracey Thorn became a surprise hit, blending deep house, techno, jazz, and soul. Known for eclectic DJ sets and acclaimed remixes (Madonna, Beth Orton), they became world-renowned producers and held residencies at Twilo NYC, Renaissance UK, and Ibiza.
