FRKTL

FRKTL is the solo experimental project of British-Egyptian interdisciplinary artist Sarah Badr, who lives and works between Riga, Cairo and London. A classically trained multi-instrumentalist working with live sampling and improvisation, vocal manipulation, field recordings and generative rhythms, she composes intensely emotive and immersive explorations of sound. Her critically acclaimed sixth release and third full-length album, Excision After Love Collapses, marks nearly a decade of fully independent, self-published works.
