Detroit-born electronic producer Jimmy Edgar began experimenting with music at age 10 and performed at raves by 15 alongside legends like Derrick May. Signed to Warp at 18, he's released acclaimed albums blending IDM, electro-funk, and hip-hop. Known for glossy robot funk and esoteric themes, he's also an accomplished visual artist and director. Co-founded Ultramajic label and JETS duo with Machinedrum. His work fuses spirituality, sexuality, and technology.
