After many collaborations early in his career, his solo works as Nautiluss range from the melodic tech-house of the Reflections EP on Ghostly International / Spectral sound, the Misanthropic Dance Musicª of his records on Turbo Recordings (Alpha and Habitat), some leftfield-ish UKF/UKG mutations with Ultraviolet on Hemlock Recordings, techno on Dutch bass pioneer Martyn’s 3024 label (Zero Gravity) and some big-room techno stompers in Liquid Sky and Inky Modeselektor’s club-centric label Seilscheibenpfeiler Schallplatten Berlin (SSPB). He has performed live at the influential MUTEK Festival, New Forms Festival (Vancouver) and Panorama Bar in Berlin, showcasing his flexibility and expertise with all manner of instrumentation - analog and digital, hard and soft, improvised and structured. He has DJed at iconic clubs such as Trouw(AMS), Berghain/Panorama Bar (BER), Dance Tunnel (LDN), Sala Apolo (BCN), Hive (GNV) and his favorite hometown grotto, Bambi’s. His tastes are wide-ranging - from cleverly chosen tripped-out tech house to proto-trance to ambient techno to all shades of the hardcore continuum (bleep, UKG, jungle, dubstep, uk hardcore, etc) exemplified in his monthly podcast The Borderland State which has had incarnations on TRP (defunct Toronto streaming radio station) and N10.as (Montreal streaming radio station).
