Tocadisco (Spanish for "record player") is a Cologne-based German DJ/producer who turned professional in 2000. His breakthrough came with a 2001 remix of Slam's "Lifetimes." Major successes include singles "Nobody Likes the Records That I Play" (2004) and remixes for Mylo, New Order, Pet Shop Boys, Deep Dish, and Moby. His remix of The Egg's "Walking Away" was named Biggest Dance Single 2006 by Mixmag. He also releases under the alias AC/OT.
